On 11 June 2008 a teleconference entitled Extending SOA and CICS with Web 2.0 was delivered by Peter Havercan, Software Developer. This teleconference explains how, with SupportPac CA8K, you can use existing CICS Web support facilities to deliver atom feeds containing data from CICS. An open question and answer session followed this presentation.

Note: If you have CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) V4.1 or higher, you will no longer need SupportPac CA8K because CICS provides support for Atom feeds within the base code. See Atom feeds from CICS in the CICS TS V4.2 information center for more details.
