Tivoli Field Guide - CCMDB 7.1 Integration Series

 White paper

Abstract
While this document was originally written after the emergence of the CCMDB product set, all these concepts apply equally across all Maximo-based technologies. This includes the rest of the ISM product set: TAMIT, TSRM, TRPM, TSAM, etc. Because CCMDB contains the added complication of TADDM and SSO for TADDM, we elected to focus this document on CCMDB, but the concepts apply equally across the entire portfolio.

This document gives an in-depth look at the process and procedure to integrate IBM Tivoli CCMDB 7.x (including IBM Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager also referred to as TADDM) with Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD) through WebSphere’s VMM.
