New Version of Free IBM Tivoli Unified Process Tool Supports ITIL V3
IBM has recently release an updated version of IBM® Tivoli® Unified Process (ITUP V7.1.3) that includes full support for ITIL® V3 best practices. ITUP is a free tool that makes best practice frameworks more actionable and their benefits more attainable by providing prescriptive service management guidance in an easy to navigate web-based tool. ITUP enables organizations to significantly improve IT efficiency and effectiveness by enabling users to easily understand processes, the relationships between processes, and the roles and tools involved in an efficient process implementation. The tool represents the collective experience of IBM experts based on thousands of customer engagements. With more than 17,000 registered users, ITUP is a leading source of service management information.
