- You can perform simple text searches on any case files directly in IGAA and then save those results as a case note. Simply click on the file in your case files quick view and select Search File.
- IGAA is Internationalization compatible. This means that while we don't ship internationalized content with IGAA, but IGAA will render translated content properly.
- Enhanced the feedback mechanism to allow users to optionally provide information about the system they are running IGAA on when they send feedback. This will allow the IGAA team to better support the platforms customers run IGAA on.
- IGAA is now using the Dojo Toolkit framework to provide a richer, more efficient user interface.
- You can now hover over any of the cases in the Saved Cases quick view to see information about that specific case without resuming it.
- You can remove any Quick View that you do not want to have displayed on your screen or all of the Quick Views by clicking the [x] in the Quick View headers.
- IGAA has been updated with new accessibility features.
- An enhanced status area has been created to provide more detailed status in a common location (at the top between the IGAA logo and menu items).
- The case history has been modified to allow you to navigate within your case history. The old functionality would always append new items to the history whether you went backward in history or forward.
- A new tutorial was created showing the new features of IGAA. You can get to this tutorial in the "Help" or by selecting the "Learn about IGAA" path in the wizard.
- You can choose the directory you would like to save an exported case to. Originally, you were only allowed to export a case to the logs directory.
- The terminology of IGAA changed from Session to Case. Now, when you want to track a troubleshooting effort, you create a new Case (think detective case) and put things in the case like Case Notes, Case Files, and we also record a Case History.
