  3. WebSphere MQ products from other vendors, which bear the WebSphere MQ name, are based on code licensed from IBM and have successfully passed the WebSphere MQ conformance test suite. Some WebSphere MQ products are only sold directly by a vendor and some are sold directly by IBM.
