Abstract
The tables in this document summarize the CICS SupportPacs sorted by platform. You can see details on a particular deliverable by selecting the appropriate 4-character identifier in the first column of the tables.

A CICS SupportPac can be categorized in one of four ways:
- Category 1 - a SupportPac that is only available to IBM personnel and serves as the basis for fee-based services. Customers interested in obtaining Services based on any such material should contact their IBM representative to negotiate delivery. These SupportPacs are provided under the terms and conditions of the IBM International License Agreement.
- Category 2 - a SupportPac available at no charge to all licensed users of the appropriate family products on the platforms specified in the description and provided "AS-IS" with no entitlement to defect correction. These SupportPacs are supplied under the terms and conditions of the IBM International License Agreement for Non-Warranted Programs.
- Category 3 - a SupportPac available at no charge to all licensed users of the appropriate family products on the platforms specified in the description and provided with an entitlement to service and defect correction. These SupportPacs are supplied under the terms and conditions of the International Program License Agreement. Service and support is available for this category of SupportPacs for as long as its associated 'parent' product is generally supported by IBM. In addition, IBM reserves the right to discontinue service and support for this category of SupportPacs when service and support is withdrawn for its associated 'parent product. IBM generally publishes end of service for its software products with a minimum of 12 months notice.
- Category 4 - a SupportPac provided by third-party suppliers (for example: licensed users, IBM Business Partners, and independent software vendors). This category of SupportPacs is made available by a third-party, not IBM. Any specific licensing terms and conditions for this category of SupportPacs are included with the deliverable.
