Tivoli Field Guide - Drug Enforcement Administration Return on Investment Study for ESM Implementation by PEC Solutions, The DEA, and Tivoli Systems

Abstract
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has completed a Return on Investment (ROI) study to calculate efficiencies derived from implementing Tivoli's Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) products into the Firebird Infrastructure and Applications program. Project Firebird was organized to acquire, integrate, and deploy upgrades as part of the modernization of the DEA information systems infrastructure. This ROI Study was a collaborative effort by key members from the DEA, PEC Solutions, and Tivoli Systems. PEC Solutions has an established practice with certified Tivoli engineers and performed the ESM implementation rollout for Firebird.
