PI75684 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
User and group DNs contain extra escaped spaces when the DN contains a RDN that has multiple trailing spaces

PROBLEM SUMMARY

IBM WebSphere Application Server users of federated repositories

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
InvalidNameExceptions occur when distinguished names contain RDNs with multiple trailing spaces.

RECOMMENDATION:
Install a fix pack or interim fix that includes this APAR.

The logs or FFDC will contain InvalidNameExceptions for distinguished names contain RDNs with multiple trailing spaces.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Handling for distinguished names with RDNs containing multiple trailing spaces was improved.
