This Interim Fix resolves issues which are described in the description below.
Cognos Analytics 11.0.6 Interim Fix 1 features a set of fixes to maps designed to improve mapping of postal/zip codes and named locations. Key is the addition of some 40,000 new alias names for locations around the world.
Another issue resolved in this interim fix is that the product failed to start using "cogconfig.sh -s" or the Cognos Configuration UI on SUSE and Ubuntu Linuxi386 platforms.
