This Interim Fix resolves an issue with the REST services in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.0.x.
This Interim Fix resolves an issue with the REST services in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.0.x where one or more services fail to start correctly resulting in errors in the user interface and in the server log files. This is an issue in a multi sever distributed environment.
One of the possible errors is "Error 404: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /v1/base_modules/files".
There could also be other errors that may only be shown in the server log files.
