1.0 General description
===============
This fix contains the new features that are described in the "New features"
section below.



2.0 New features
===============
Updated All Applications Page and Application Overview Status page

New Dashboards for the below ITM based agents:
  - IBM WebSphere Message Broker Monitoring agent v7.1 or above
  - IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Virtual Environments Agent for VMware VI
    v7.2 FP2 IF03 or above
 
Updated Dashboards for the below ITM based agents:
  - ITCAM for Microsoft Applications: Microsoft Exchange Server Agent
    v6312 IF01 or above
  - ITCAM for Microsoft Applications: Microsoft IIS Agent v630 or above
  - ITCAM for Microsoft Applications: Microsoft Active Directory Agent
    v630 or above
  - IBM WebSphere MQ Monitoring agent v7.1 or above
  - IBM Tivoli Monitoring: Windows OS Agent v630 FP4 or above
  - IBM Tivoli Monitoring: Linux OS Agent v630 FP4 or above
  - IBM(R) Tivoli(R) Composite Application Manager Agent for WebSphere
    DataPower Appliance v7.1 or above
 
Limitations:
  - For those old dashboards which will be updated with new dashboards,
    customization setting(thresholds, layout ...) might be lost after
    upgrading; In this case, customer need to manually set them again
    after upgrading.
 
  - For WebSphere MQ component in customized applications ,  the group
    widget in summary page will keep original manner after applying
    APMUI 7.7 IF02. To change to new manner, you need to manually edit
    the application to remove current MQ components and add them again.  

3.0 Image directory contents
===============
This fix image contains the following files:
- 7.7-TIV-APM_UI-IF0002.README - This README file
- 7.7-TIV-APM_UI-IF0002.tar - Fix archive .tar format
- 7.7-TIV-APM_UI-IF0002.zip - Fix archive .zip format.

Note: The .tar and .zip files are identical in content. Use the .tar file
     if you are working in a UNIX environment, or a Linux environment; use
     the .zip file if you are working in a Windows environment.

The fix archive file contains the following files.

4.0 Installation instructions
===============
Before you install IBM SmartCloud Application Performance Management
UI V7.7 Interim Fix 2, you must first install IBM SmartCloud Application
Performance Management UI V7.7 GA, and then apply for IBM SmartCloud
Application Performance Management UI V7.7 Interim Fix 1. For more
information on installing IBM SmartCloud Application Performance Management

After you install IBM SmartCloud Application Performance Management UI V7.7
Interim Fix 1, refer to the following instruction to install IBM SmartCloud
Application Performance Management UI V7.7 Interim Fix 2.

Windows systems:

1. Get the update package 7.7-TIV-APM_UI-IF0002.zip for Windows.
2. Extract the 7.7-TIV-APM_UI-IF0002.zip file.
3. Run cmd.exe to open the command console. For non-administrative users,
  run cmd.exe with "run as administrator" option, otherwise some services
  cannot be started.
4. Change directory to the extracted folder and run the following script.
   upgrade.bat <APMUI_7701_HOME> <APMUI username> <APMUI password>
 Where <APMUI_7701_HOME> is the installation path of Application Performance
        Management UI 7.7 Interm Fix 1,
       <APMUI username> is the  username with administraor role (such as apmadmin)
        Application Performance Management UI 7.7 Interm Fix 1
<APMUI password> is the  password of <APMUI username>
 If there is any space in the installation path, you must add double quotation
 marks before and after the path.
 An example of running the script is:
   upgrade.bat "C:\Program Files\IBM\APMUI" apmadmin apmpass
5. If it runs successfully, you see this message: Successfully update the
  APMUI to 7.7 IF2.
6. If it fails, error messages are displayed on the screen.
7. The following upgrade log is generated.
 <APMUI_7701_HOME>\usr\servers\apmui\logs\upgrade.log
 Where <APMUI_7701_HOME> is the installation path of Application Performance
        Management UI 7.7 Interm Fix 1.

 
Linux or AIX systems:

1. Get the update package 7.7-TIV-APM_UI-IF0002.tar for Linux or AIX systems.
2. Extract the 7.7-TIV-APM_UI-IF0002.tar file on Linux or AIX systems.  
3. Change directory to the extracted folder and run the following script
   ./upgrade.sh <APMUI_7701_HOME> <APMUI username> <APMUI password>
 Where <APMUI_77_HOME> is the installation path of Application Performance Management
        UI 7.7 Interm Fix 1.
       <APMUI username> is the  username with administraor role (such as apmadmin)
        Application Performance Management UI 7.7 Interm Fix 1
<APMUI password> is the  password of <APMUI username>
 An example of running the script is:
   ./upgrade.sh /opt/IBM/APMUI apmadmin apmpass
4. If it runs successfully, you see this message: Successfully update the APMUI to 7.7 IF2.
5. If it fails ,error messages are displayed on the screen.
6. The following upgrade log is generated.
 <APMUI_7701_HOME>/usr/servers/apmui/logs/upgrade.log
 Where <APMUI_7701_HOME> is the installation path of Application Performance Management
       UI 7.7 Interm Fix 1.
