IBM Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight 10.2.2.4 should be applied to all IBM Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight 10.2.2 installations at your earliest convenience.
This fix pack includes all previous fix packs for Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight 10.2.2.
This fix pack requires that Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight 10.2.2 is already installed on Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2.1.1 (i.e. 10.2.1 FP1) or higher.
To install the fix pack on a Cognos Business Intelligence server
Prerequisites
This fix pack requires that Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight 10.2.2 is already installed on Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2.1.x (i.e. 10.2.1 FP1 or higher) or Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2.2.
- Use the link in the Download package section of this document to download the appropriate file.
- Copy the downloaded file to the Cognos Business Intelligence server.
- Use a decompression tool to unpack the .tar.gz file.
- To begin the installation, double-click issetup from within the local directory where the file was unpacked.
- Follow the steps in the installation wizard until the installation is complete.
- If your Cognos Business Intelligence installation is distributed, repeat these steps to install the Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight Interim Fix on each Cognos Business Intelligence gateway and application server tier.
It is recommended the latest fix pack for Cognos Connection Installer for Cognos Insight 10.2.2 be installed
