This is the second maintenance release for WebSphere Service Registry and Repository V8.5 which was initially released in April 2014. This refresh pack brings the WSRR version up to V8.5.5.0.

This refresh pack can be applied directly onto V8.5.0 systems in the same way as a Fix Pack. While the refresh pack contains new functionality, this is disabled by default.



Ensure that your environment meets the requirements specified in the V8.5 system requirements document: System Requirements.

Installation Instructions

WebSphere Service Registry and Repository V8.5 Refresh Pack 1 is now available from IBM Installation Manager. See the link below for instructions on how to apply the update on systems both with and without internet access.

If your WebSphere Service Registry and Repository server does not have access to the Internet, you can download the IBM Installation Manager repository from the Download Package section.

For customers using z/OS the following PTFs are required:
UI26005, UI26006, UI26007
