This document describes how to download and assemble IBM® Case Foundation Version 5.2.1 components by using the Passport Advantage® Online website.

Prerequisites
Ensure that your system meets the software, hardware, and operating system requirements for installing IBM Case Foundation Version 5.2.1.

Download Package
To download IBM Case Foundation:
- From a browser, navigate to the Find Downloads and Media page on the IBM Passport Advantage Online website. You must log on to continue.
- Under Download finder options, select the Find by part number search option.
- Search for the following part numbers and download the images for your environment.
IBM Case Foundation Version 5.2.1 includes IBM FileNet Content Manager V5.2.1, IBM Case Manager V5.2.1 Platform Installation Tool components, and IBM Case Manager V5.2.1. To obtain these part numbers, see the download document for IBM FileNet Content Manager Version 5.2.1, the download document for IBM Case Manager V5.2.1 Platform Installation Tool components, and the download document for IBM Case Manager V5.2.1.
