IBM Rational Agent Controller 9.0.1 is available for download.
Rational Agent Controller is a daemon process that enables client applications to launch and manage local or remote applications, and enables clients to receive application data from agents within host processes and applications.
You must install Agent Controller separately before you can use the following tools:
- Profiling tools to profile your applications. Agent Controller must be installed on the same system as the application that you are profiling.
- Component testing tool to run test cases. Agent Controller must be installed on the systems on which you run the test cases.
- Tools for remote profiling and enabling Java code coverage statistic collection on the following versions of remote WebSphere® Application Server:
- Version 8.5.x
- Version 8.5.x Liberty Profile
- Version 8.0
- Version 7.0.x

For Windows, Linux, AIX and Solaris:
The following version Installation Manager is required:
- Version 1.6.3 or later.
If you have an earlier version of Installation Manager installed on your computer, then by default it will be updated to the latest available version when you attempt to use it to install or update software
For Windows and Linux only:

- Click the link to Fix Central.
- Under Fix pack : 22.214.171.124-Rational-RAD-groupfixpack (IBM Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software Version 9.0), click Show contained fixes.
- Select fix pack: 126.96.36.199-Rational-RAC-fixzippack.and the click Continue.
- Note: If your download option is set to Download Director, then if you click Download Now you will download installation files for all platforms Rational Agent Controller.
To download installation files for individual platforms:
- Change your download method to FTP or HTTP:
- Click Change download options.
- Select either Download using your browser (HTTP) or Download using bulk FTP and then click Continue.
- Click the Agent Controller update for your platform to download it. The files are:
