Installation Instructions

FRESH INSTALLATION of RL40 4.0.1
----------------------------------------------

1) Please follow the standard Technology Pack Fresh Installation
Section 2.3.1 as per TNPM Technology Pack Installation Notes.

FIXPACK INSTALLATION / UPGRADE FROM RL30 3.0.0 to RL40 4.0.1
------------------------------------------------------------

1)Please follow the standard Technology Pack Upgrade Installation
Section 2.3.2.2 as per TNPM Technology Pack Installation Notes.

FIXPACK INSTALLATION / UPGRADE FROM RL40 4.0.0 to RL40 4.0.1
------------------------------------------------------------

Execute the following command as user virtuo.

1) Remove the Stored Busy Hours(SBH) and Complex Summary Definitions :
Please follow the standard Technology Pack Upgrade Installation
Section 7.1 Delete SBH and Summary Definition - as per TNPM Technology Pack Installation Notes

2)stop the loader as follows:
sap stop load_nsnlteeutran_rl40

3) Uninstall the existing NSN EUTRAN RL40 4.0.0 TechPack by running the following command:
$WMCROOT/bin/techpack_admin -u techpack -n "NSN LTE EUTRAN"

4) Rename the following file vallent-vt-LTE_NSN_EUTRAN_RL40.remove found in $WMCROOT/admin/software
mv vallent-vt-LTE_NSN_EUTRAN_RL40.remove vallent-vt-LTE_NSN_EUTRAN_RL40.remove.bak

5) Copy the FixPack Tech Pack, vallent-vt-LTE_NSN_EUTRAN_RL40-4.0.1.tar.gz, to $WMCROOT/admin/techpacks/packages.

6) Execute the following command
$WMCROOT/admin/common/install/scripts/deploy_techpacks -wmcr $WMCROOT -techpacks vallent-vt-LTE_NSN_EUTRAN_RL40-4.0.1.tar.gz

7) The changes required in the database to ensure both the packs contains same datasource version.

UPDATE lc_datasource SET techpack_name='LTE NSN EUTRAN RL40', techpack_version='4.0.1'
WHERE datasource_id = (SELECT datasource_id FROM lc_datasource WHERE datasource_name='NSN LTE EUTRAN' AND datasource_version='RL40');

COMMIT;

8) Apply the extension Tech Pack
techpack_admin -a

9)Start loader as follows:
sap start load_nsnlteeutran_rl40
