PM87806 resolves the following problem:

Users of IBM WebSphere Application Server V8.5 on AIX uncapped LPARs

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Incorrect process cpu values are reported on AIX uncapped LPARs potentially leading to unexpected On-Demand Router (ODR) delays

RECOMMENDATION:
None

Websphere Virtual Enterprise and Intelligent Management features use process cpu statistics to determine when to enforce cpu overload protection or service policy prioritization. Incorrect
process cpu values are reported on AIX uncapped LPARs potentially leading to unexpected ODR delays due to queueing.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The reported process cpu values have been corrected.
