The minimum pre-requisite software requirements are:
Tivoli Netcool Service Quality Manager Version 4.1.4 IF0009.

Installation Instructions

On Solaris, AIX or Linux :

Perform the following steps on the application, database, gateway or consolidated servers
as user saserver :

1. mkdir ~/tnsqm_414_if10_upgrade
2. Copy the file 4.1.4-TIV-TNSQM-IF0010.tar to this directory
3. cd ~/tnsqm_414_if10_upgrade
4. tar -xvf 4.1.4-TIV-TNSQM-IF0010.tar

TNSQM+CEM_4.1.4_IF0010_Patch_Installation_Guide.pdf
