PM77826 resolves the following problem:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Application response times are slow when large applications are deployed on the WebSphere Application Server Liberty profile server.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Response times from large web applications are very slow.
RECOMMENDATION:
None
Initial response times from web applications are slow. The problem is most visible when large applications are deployed containing large numbers of libraries. Applications making use of Spring, Hibernate and Struts2 technologies will be particularly prone to slow initial response times.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
A number of improvements were made to remove unnecessary code paths and to optimise resource lookups and path normalisations with the introduction of a caching mechanism.
