PM75050 resolves the following problem:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Content is missing from parent servlet when going through HTTP server. As a workaround, ESI is disabled.

PROBLEM SUMMARY
USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM WebSphere Application Server using Edge Side Include (ESI) caching with nested servlets.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Content from a parent servlet is not flushed from the output stream when ESI caching is enabled at the plugin.
RECOMMENDATION:
None
Dynacache buffers servlet content when ESI caching is enabled. Content from a parent servlet is lost when it writes content to the output stream and an included or forwarded child servlet writes out content. The content written by the parent servlet after the child writes content is not flushed from the
output stream.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The content of the parent servlet is now flushed when servicing has finished.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
