This plug-in for IBM CICS Explorer will help IBM CICS VSAM Transparency for z/OS users manage their migrated files

From the Systems Management (SM) perspective within the CICS Explorer you can explore the list of files that are being managed by CICS VSAM Transparency for z/OS (CICS VT).
Possible Uses
As you migrate your VSAM data to IBM DB2 using CICS VT you can check on the migration status of these files.
Using the CICS VT files view, you can check which files are being actively managed by CICS VT (i.e. that the migration is complete) and which files are in the process of being migrated to DB2 using CICS VT.
Using the CICS SM Files view you can co-relate the CICS files and those that are being managed by CICS VT.
Skill level required
Intermediate, with knowledge of CICS VT configuration and operation.
