Windows® OS Agent support will be provided for IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.2.2 Fix Pack 9 with these Interim Fixes.
These interim fixes require patching of a writeable copy of the IBM Tivoli Monitoring Base Agents from version 6.2.2 Fix Pack 9 and for pristine install, 6.2.2 Fix Pack 2, in order to resolve an installer issue with Windows® Server 2012.
The patch:
6.2.2-TIV-ITM_IN-WIN2012
is intended to be applied to any IBM Tivoli Monitoring agent installation image based on install component Version 6.2.2 FP2 or later that has also claimed support for Windows® Server 2012.

For pristine local install of Windows® OS Agent support you'll require:
IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.2.2 Fixpack 2 Agent , Multiplatform, English
Passport Advantage: CZWM7EN.tar.gz (CZWM7EN)

In addition an OS agent Interim fix is also required for IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.2.2 Fix Pack 9.

Installation Instructions
A fresh local install, requires patching a copy of the IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.2.2 Fix Pack 2 Agent install image from Passport Advantage. Once you've installed from patched media, you can then upgrade from a patched copy of the IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.2.2 Fix Pack 9 Agent install image and then apply the 6.2.2.9-TIV-ITM_WIN-IF0001 interim fix.
If installing using Remote Deploy you can start with a patched copy of the IBM Tivoli Monitoring Fix Pack 9 Agent install images. Instructions for patching the install images are in the 6.2.2-TIV-ITM_IN-WIN2012 readme located in Fix Central

- Update your depot from patched image (tacmd addbundles)
- Remote deploy OS agent (tacmd createnode)
- Add Interim Fix 6.2.2.9-TIV-ITM_WIN-IF0001 to your depot
- Remote deploy Interim Fix (tacmd updateagent)
