IBM TRIRIGA 10.3 Download Instructions

Download Description

Each product in Passport Advantage offers several files for download.

• You must download the key for each product.
• You only need to download the software as described in this document or in the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.3 Download Instructions. Both the IBM TRIRIGA V10.3 and IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.3 software are bundled for easy download and installation with one installer.
• If you need to download the IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher V12.0, follow the download instructions in the IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher 12.0 Download Instructions.

1. Go to the Passport Advantage site and sign in.
2. Select Software download & media access.
3. If prompted, select the program offering that corresponds to your IBM TRIRIGA products.
4. If prompted, select I agree and click Continue.
5. Select Download finder.
6. Select Find by categories.
7. Make the following selections:

For Download method, select Download Director. In response to the question If available, would you like to see previous versions of this product?, select No. In response to the question If available, would you like to see associated products included at no additional cost?, select Yes. In the Product group category, select and add TRIRIGA. For Date posted, select All posts, and click Continue.

8. Determine whether you need to download both the IBM TRIRIGA Application Upgrade and the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform installer, or only the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform installer.
9. Under Select optional downloads, if desired, expand Associated products included at no additional charge.
10. Expand IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager Version 10.3 Multiplatform Multilingual eAssembly(CRK96ML).
11. Select IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Quick Start Guide Version 10.3 Multilingual(CIC7RML).
12. Depending on your needs, choose the next step:

If you are going to perform an application upgrade, continue to step 13. If you have already downloaded the installer, skip to step 15. If you have not already downloaded the installer, skip to step 14.

13. You only need to download the IBM TRIRIGA Application Upgrade Version 10.3 Multiplatform Multilingual(CIC7TML) one time.

Select IBM TRIRIGA Application Upgrade Version 10.3 Multiplatform Multilingual(CIC7TML). Continue to step 14.

14. You only need to download the IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager installer one time. The installer file is included in both IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.3 Multiplatform Multilingual(CIC7PML) and IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio V10.3 Multiplatform Multilingual(CIC7SML). Select IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Version 10.3 Multiplatform Multilingual(CIC7SML).
15. Determine whether or not you need to download IBM WebSphere components.

If you are not using IBM WebSphere, continue to Step 16. If you are using IBM WebSphere, you only need to download the WebSphere components one time. Select the IBM WebSphere components appropriate for your installation. Then continue to Step 16.

16. From IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform Version 3.3 Multiplatform Multilingual(CIC7PML), select IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform Quick Start Guide Version 3.3 Multilingual(CIC7NML).
17. Select I agree and click Continue.
18. Save the files to a directory on a hard drive.
19. Determine whether or not you need to download the license keys.

If you have an existing TRIRIGALICENSE.properties file, you do not need to download any license keys. IBM TRIRIGA offers a variety of products to customers and controls usage with license files. Starting with IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.2, IBM TRIRIGA distributes a separate license file for each product. The license file names are in the format LICENSE_IBM_TRIRIGA_{productname}.properties. Prior to IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.2, IBM TRIRIGA distributed one license file named TRIRIGALICENSE.properties. You may continue to use an existing TRIRIGALICENSE.properties file if you have one until it expires or your software requirements change. All application servers accessing a database must have the same license set. The only exception is the license for IBM TRIRIGA Connector for Business Applications since it only may be licensed on a limited number of servers. For more information about IBM TRIRIGA license files, see the Installation Guide. If you are not using an existing TRIRIGALICENSE.properties file, you must download the license keys for each product to which you are entitled. Return to the Passport Advantage homepage and select Software download & media access. If prompted, select the program offering corresponding to your IBM TRIRIGA products. If prompted, select I agree and click Continue. Select Download finder. Select Find by description or part number. Select Product description and All and enter TRIRIGA key in the search field. Click Continue. Click the + sign in front of Images to expand the list of TRIRIGA keys. Select the check box for each key that is labeled 10.3 or 3.3. You can ignore duplicates. Select I agree and click Continue. Save the files to a directory on a hard drive.

20. Extract the contents of the files to the folder from which you want to install the product.
