IBM Forms Viewer is a feature-rich desktop application used to view, fill, sign, submit, and route electronic forms.
Installation Instructions
1. Sign in to Passport Advantage Online: http://www.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/passportadvantage/
2. Search for and download IBM Forms Viewer 4.0 (part number CR3FNML).
3. Unpack the part into a temporary directory on your system.
4. Log on to Windows as an administrator, run the installer, and follow the instructions.
