This document describes how to download the IBM Forms Designer 8.0 installation image from IBM's Passport Advantage Online Web site.

IBM Forms Designer is an easy-to-use WYSIWYG e-form designer that supports the drag-and-drop creation of precision forms based on open standards including XForms.
Installation Instructions
1. Sign in to Passport Advantage Online: http://www.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/passportadvantage/
2. Search for and download IBM Forms Designer 8.0 (part number CF3FPML).
3. Unpack the part into a temporary directory on your system.
4. Log on to Windows as an administrator, run the installer, and follow the instructions.
