1.0 General description
=======================
This interim fix is IntelliWatch 6.00.27.44 for Windows(R) systems. The
fix is a 32-bit application which runs only on 32-bit Domino(R) Servers. It
includes the APARs and defects listed in the "Problems Fixed" section
below and the superseded fixes listed in section 2.2.

For IntelliWatch 6.0.27.44 for AIX(R) systems, please refer to
6.0.0-TIV-IWPINDS-IF0033.

The following problems are addressed by this fix.

2.1 APARs
----------

APAR: IV02655
Abstract: INTELLIWATCH INSTALLER SOMETIMES CORRUPTS NOTE.INI FILE
Additional Information: Sometimes the Intelliwatch installer deletes lines
from the notes.ini file on UNIX/Linux platform.

APAR: IZ74240
Abstract: INTELLIWATCH MONITOR HANDLER LEAKING
Additional Information: The Intelliwatch Monitor Application trigger
leaks handles.

APAR: IZ93570
Abstract: INTELLIWATCH CRASHES DOMINO SERVER IN LIBIWAPIMN
Additional Information: On rare occasions, after running for weeks without
any problems, the IntelliWatch may crash the Domino server. When the
crash does happen, the crash usually happens in a Domino process,
such as agmr, router etc, but the crash location is in Intelliwatch
extension manager libiwapimn.

2.2 Superseded fixes
---------------------
This cumulative interim fix is IntelliWatch 6.00.27.44 which includes all APAR
fixes completed since the release of IntelliWatch 6.00.27.43.

3.1 Prerequisites for this fix
-------------------------------
The prerequisite level for this fix is as follows:
IBM Tivoli IntelliWatch Pinnacle for Distributed Sys 6.0.0-TIV-IWPINDS-IF0027
As this fix is cumulative, it can be installed on any fix level for
this version, release, and mod level above the prerequisite.

5.0 Installation instructions
=============================
1. Extract the patch by using an unzip utility.

2. To start the installation of the fix, use one of the following:
a. To update an existing 27.43 installation, run the Update2744.exe.
b. For Pinnacle stand-alone console, run the PinnacleConsole_2744.exe.
c. For Tracer client, run the TracerClient2744.exe.

3. Follow the instructions to finish the installation.
