| This fix pack addresses a number of issues in version 5.3 and its fix packs. This fix pack is translated in Japanese and Chinese.

Prerequisites
This fix pack may only be applied to Rational Change 5.3, which must be installed and operational. It includes and replaces all previous fix packs and patches, and may safely be applied over them.
Rational Synergy Fix Pack 7.2.0.2 is required for the OSLC related fixes.
