IBM TRIRIGA 10.2 Download Instructions

Each product in Passport Advantage offers several files for download.

• You must download the key for each product.
• You only need to download the software one time.

1. Go to the Passport Advantage site and sign in.

2. Select Software download & media access.

3. If prompted, select the program offering corresponding to your IBM TRIRIGA products.

4. If prompted, select I agree and click Continue.

5. Select Download finder.

6. Select Find by description or part number.

7. Select Product description, enter TRIRIGA, and click Continue.

8. Determine whether you need to download both the IBM TRIRIGA Application Upgrade and the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform installer, or only the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform installer.

• Expand IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager V10.2 Multiplatform Multilingual.
• Select IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Quick Start Guide V10.2 Multilingual(CI6HAML).
• If you are going to perform an application upgrade, go to step 9.
• If you have already downloaded the installer, skip to step 11.
• If you have not already downloaded the installer, skip to step 10.

9. You only need to download the IBM TRIRIGA Application Upgrade V10.2 Multiplatform Multilingual(CI4WRML) one time.

• Select IBM TRIRIGA Application Upgrade V10.2 Multiplatform Multilingual(CI4WRML).
• Continue to step 10.

10. You only need to download the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform installer one time. The installer file is labeled either IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio V10.2 Multiplatform Multilingual(CI6HBML) or IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 Multiplatform Multilingual(CI6IKML).

• Select IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio V10.2 Multiplatform Multilingual(CI6HBML).
• Continue to step 11.

11. Determine whether or not you need to download IBM WebSphere components.

• If you are not using IBM WebSphere, continue to step 12.
• If you are using IBM WebSphere, you only need to download the WebSphere components one time. Select the IBM WebSphere components appropriate for your installation. Continue to step 12.

12. Determine whether or not your product list includes IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher.

• If your product list does not include this item, continue to step 13.
• If your product list includes this item, select IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher 2011R2 Multiplatform Multilingual eAssembly(CRH4RML), which contains the IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher Key, and continue to step 13.

13. IBM TRIRIGA offers a variety of products to customers and controls usage with license files. Starting with IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.2, IBM TRIRIGA distributes a separate license file for each product. The license file names are in the format LICENSE_IBM_TRIRIGA_{productname}.properties. Prior to IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.2, IBM TRIRIGA distributed one license file named TRIRIGALICENSE.properties. You may continue to use an existing TRIRIGALICENSE.properties file if you have one until it expires or you add a new product. All application servers accessing a database must have the same license set. The only exception is the license for IBM TRIRIGA Connector for Business Applications since it only may be licensed on a limited number of servers. For more information about IBM TRIRIGA license files, see the Installation Guide .

• If you are not using your existing TRIRIGALICENSE.properties file, expand every eAssembly labeled either 3.2.1 or 10.2 and select the item containing the word Key. This ensures you have the key to each product to which you are entitled.

14. From IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 Multiplatform Multilingual(CI6IKML), select IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform Quick Start Guide V3.2.1 Multilingual.

15. Select I agree and click Continue.

16. Save the files to a directory on a hard drive.

17. Extract the contents of the tar files to the folder from which you want to install the product.
