IBM Rational Quality Manager 3.0.1 is a full product download, as part of the Rational solution for CLM. The Rational solution for CLM provides integrations across the Change and Configuration Management, Requirements Management, and the Quality Management Jazz-based applications. Rational Quality Manager makes use of all three applications. For additional information, see Products, applications, and capabilities.

This release requires IBM Installation Manager, version 14.1 or later.

Installation Instructions
You work with the Rational solution for CLM by downloading any of the integrated products.
To access the role-based capabilities provided by one or more of the CLM applications, you must purchase licenses. For more information on CLM licensing, see Client access license management overview.
