Problems solved
- <no APAR>: R#38817 Need ability in BSF triggers to create and delete relationships between change requests and existing attachments.
- PM28062: R#38834 Change 5.2.0.4.02: Altering a CR with a read only modify_time results in a "Failed to modify object" message.
- <no APAR>: R#38895 Change 5.2.0.4.02: A user's personal reports and folders may be lost when Change is restarted.
