Use IBM Support Assistant Lite for IBM Connections to collect diagnostic files for IBM Support.
IBM Support Assistant Lite for IBM Connections collects the data files that IBM Support analysts use to identify, diagnose, and recover from occasional operational problems with IBM Connections. Using IBM Support Assistant Lite, you can collect files automatically and send them to IBM Support.
Using IBM Support Assistant Lite and the IBM Support Assistant Workbench, you can analyze the data files yourself, on-site! IBM Support Assistant Lite for IBM Connections is installed when you install IBM Connections.
IBM Support Assistant Lite for IBM Connections is installed when you install IBM Connections. However, if you accidentally delete it, you can download it and install it again.
Basic instructions can be found in the readme.txt file, which is included in the download package below. The Quick Start Guide can be found in the C:\IBM\Connections\ISALite directory of your product install and does not need to be downloaded separately. An older version of the Quick Start Guide (for IBM Connections 2.5) is included as a link on this document).
