LI74470 - Link error caused by -qpic
LI74503 - Dynamic linking causes an error
LI74679 - Incorrect output with -O3 -qarch=450d
LI74674 - Internal compiler error with -qsmp
LI74744 - August 2009 Update for XL C/C++ Advanced Edition for Blue Gene/P, V9.0
