PK94212 resolves the following problem:

PROBLEM SUMMARY
USERS AFFECTED:
All users of WebSphere® eXtreme Scale Version 6.1 and 7.0 who are using the ObjectGrid component in a WebSphere Application Server environment.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When eXtreme Scale clients are run in a WebSphere transaction global context, the WebSphere transaction can roll back.
RECOMMENDATION:
None
When eXtreme Scale clients and servers are run in WebSphere Application Server processes, the WebSphere Application Server transaction component enlists the server as a resource during client to server communication. The WebSphere transaction component rolls back the WebSphere transaction when the transaction duration is longer than the configured WebSphere transaction timeout value. The eXtreme Scale client code was changed to prevent the WebSphere transaction component from enlisting eXtreme Scale servers as resources in the WebSphere transaction.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
An interim fix will be made available for this APAR. A future cumulative fix will correct the problem for WebSphere eXtreme Scale Version 6.1.0.5 FIX 4 and 7.0.0.1 FIX1.
