Prerequisites

  • Supported Windows O/S: Windows 2000, 2003 and XP
  • Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment (JRE) notes:///ClientBookmark?OpenReplication
    • JRE version 1.4.x or higher must be installed
    • Sun Microsystems Java must be in the system path

Installation Instructions

To Run Diagnostic do one of the following steps:
  • From a Microsoft Windows DOS command, run the batch file.
    • It is recommended way, as progress appears in the command window.
  • Run the jar file
    • This will run in the background, no progress appears, and returns result once the diagnostic is complete.
