Telecom Operations Capability & Process Maps: Telecom Operations Capability & Process Maps are based on enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM). eTOM is the most widely used and accepted standard for business processes in the Telecom Industry. eTOM describes the full scope of business processes required by a service provider and defines the key elements and how they interact with each other.

Telecom Operations Business Object Model: Telecom Operations Business Object Model (BOM) is derived using NGOSS and SID. This model provides an information or data reference model and a common information or data vocabulary from a business as well as a systems perspective. This is used as a base to derive the Telecom Operations BOM.
