Preventative maintenance providing fixes and enhancements to Unified Messaging V4.2 for WebSphere Voice Response

How to access PTF fixes at IBM Fix Central
- Follow the Fix Central link above, then select the following categories:
- Product Group : System p
- Product : AIX
- Version : 5.3 or 6.1
- Fix type : Fix search
- Click Continue.
- Enter search terms:
APAR number for the required fix, for example, IZ01010
- Click Search.
- Select the required fix.
- Select Obtain fix for this APAR.
- Check boxes for:
- Include requisites
- Include fixes that correct regressions
- Replace superseded fixes with the latest
- Select the operating system level.
- Optionally, to provide lslpp -Lc output, click Browse and select a directory.
- Click Continue.
- Download the appropriate fixes.
NOTE: IBM Fix Central is limited to returning around 50 PTFs, sometimes this is less than the number of fixes required to bring the system up to the current levels if the system has not been updated for a long period.
We have reduced the number of PTFs available on Fix Central to ease this situation, however if this still does not resolve your problem please try refining your search criteria.
