How to access WVR 6.1 PTF fixes at IBM Fix Central

  1. Follow the Fix Central link above, select the "Select product" tab.
  2. Then select the following categories:
    Product Group : WebSphere
    Select from WebSphere: WebSphere Voice Response for AIX
    Installed Version: 6.1
    Platform: AIX
  3. Click "Continue".
  4. Identify fixes by either entering the APAR number for required fix in the APAR or SPR field or the Individual fix IDs (PTF numbers) if known.
  5. Click "Continue".
  6. Select required entry, and check the download options correct, then click "Continue" to download the appropriate fixes.

How to access WVR 4.2 PTF fixes at IBM Fix Central

  1. Follow the Fix Central link above, select the "Select product" tab.
  2. Then select the following categories:
    Product Group: System p
    Product: AIX
    Version: <Your AIX level>
    Fix type: Fix search
  3. Click "Continue".
  4. Enter search terms
    APAR number for required fix
    For example IZ01010
  5. Click "Search".
  6. Select required entry
  7. Select "Obtain fix for this APAR"
  8. Check boxes for:
    Include requisites
    Include fixes that correct regressions
    Replace superseded fixes with the latest
  9. Select operating system level.
  10. Optionally, provide lslpp -Lc output.
  11. Click "Continue".
  12. Download the appropriate fixes.
