Stop the generation of xqe log files

How to stop the generation of xqe log files as they are taking up a lot of space?


1. Stop the service(s)

2. Empty the /logs/XQE directory

3. Start up the service(s)

Check if you have any audit levels set to above "minimum" on the Query Service. Steps:

1. Log into Cognos Connection

2. Launch IBM Cognos Administration

3. Click on "Configuration" - "Dispatchers and Services"

4. Drill down on the dispatcher and go to the properties - Settings - Category (Tuning) and check. If so, drop them to "minimum".
