Is Firmware rollback supported on QRadar Appliances?
Cause
There are times when you cannot rollback a firmware update due to a downgrade being blocked by the firmware itself.
Answer
QRadar does not support firmware rollbacks. The firmware stack covers a multitude of components. These updates include bug fixes, stability improvements, performance improvements, vulnerability fixes, and new features.
If an issue is found with firmware, IBM will provide a fix though Fix Central or though IBM support.
