Troubleshooting
Problem
IBM Data Studio failed to start after you installed IBM Data Studio Version 4.1.3 on Windows 32-bit. If you check the log file, you can notice that multiple "org.osgi.framework.BundleException" problems are reported.

Use IBM Data Studio V4.1.2 on Windows 32-bit.
