Reports in integrated Planning Analytics/Cognos Controller cloud environment do not work

If you are working in an IBM Cognos Controller on Cloud environment that is integrated with your IBM Planning Analytics on Cloud environment, the following standard reports in the Cognos Controller Client application do not work:

Maintain > Configuration > Reports > General Configuration
Transfer > External Data > Reports
Transfer > External Structures > Reports
