Problem

Insatlled Docker Toolbox on Windows to install Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0 (PAW). The installation of PAW stops with an error message and the reffered log file indicate the folloing error message: Running pre-create checks... (paw) No default Boot2Docker ISO found locally, downloading the latest release... Error with pre-create check: "Get https://api.github.com/repos/boot2docker/boot2docker/releases/latest: dial tcp 192.30.253.116:443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."

Symptom

It's not possible to install PAW on a Windows Server in Docker Toolbox

Cause

The PAW installation isn't able to find the boot2docker.iso file in the Docker Toolbox installation folder: "C:\Program Files\Docker Toolbox"

Environment

Windows Server 2012 without Internet access

Docker Toolbox version 17.06.0a-ce

Resolving The Problem

Copy the "Boot2Docker.iso" file located in "C:\Program Files\Docker Toolbox" into the following user folder:

"C:\Users\<user name>\.docker\machine\cache"

Run the "Start.bat" of PAW again with the "Run as Administrator" option.

The installation of PAW will work now.
