Problem
Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) link types filters like 'Validated By,' 'Implemented By,' 'Tracked By' and 'Affected By' are not available in IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (RDNG) projects that are Configuration Management enabled.
Symptom
When you try to add a link filter, 'Validated By,' 'Implemented By,' 'Tracked By' and 'Affected By' link types are not available to select.
Cause
CLM link filters are not supported in Configuration Management enabled projects.
Environment
Configuration Management enabled projects.
Resolving The Problem
The filters for CLM link types are not supported in CM enabled projects because once CM is enabled, there is a change to storage of the links. In CM enabled projects the CLM links are stored in LDX instead of the applications (CCM, QM and RM). RDNG does not persist the CLM link in its storage and for that reason it can not filter on them.

In DNG, there is the ability to filter by "Limit by lifecycle status" was introduced in version 6.0.2 which allows filtering capability for CCM and QM relationships.
