Problem
Getting "RSV-BBP-0028 , The secondary request failed. The requested session does not exist and the secondary request does not contain enough information to recreate the session. Contact your Administrator." when running a report with a prompt interactively after upgrading to Cognos Analytics 11
Symptom
A report with a prompt works without problems in 10.2.1 and 10.2.2. When moved to CA 11 R6 it fails with the following error message:

after making selections in the prompt page and clicking on the Finish button.
If the user does not click on the Finish button for about 6-10 seconds the prompt page is refreshed automatically and a missing image icon appears
Cause
The prompt page has an image that is not accessible in the new CA 11 environment
Resolving The Problem
Remove the image from the prompt page or make the image file accessible in the new CA 11 environment
