Problem
If you encounter an attachment issue with IE11 wherein the error message: "BMXAA4195E- A Value is required for the URL / File Name field on the DOCLINKS object" is thrown whenever a user tries to upload a document using IE11.

Cause
This has been identified as a product defect under APAR IV92639
Resolving The Problem
If you encounter an attachment issue with IE11 wherein the error message: "BMXAA4195E- A Value is required for the URL / File Name field on the
DOCLINKS object" is thrown whenever a user tries to upload a document using IE11. Then here's a work around for that issue:
1. Navigate to Tools > Internet Options.
2. On the Security tab select the zone you want.
3. Click Custom Level.
4. Under Miscellaneous, select Disable for the following property:
"Include local directory path when uploading files to a server."
This issue has been resolved in APAR IV92639.
