Missing Location Availability Dialogs

Troubleshooting


Problem

In Maximo Scheduler, the Locations application is missing a number of dialogs.

Resolving The Problem

In Maximo Scheduler, Locations application has the options below from Select Action > Location Availability:
Define Location Operational Schedule
Manage Location Operational Schedule
Define Location Maintenance Schedule
Manage Location Maintenance Schedule

Eventually while clicking on that options the corresponding dialog does not open.


Add the missing dialog sections in the Locations presentation, following the procedure below.

Procedure:
1. Go to Application Designer application
2. Bring up LOCATION (Locations application)
3. Click on Export Application Definition from toolbar
4. Edit the location.xml file, adding the dialog sections from the xml file attached to this technote.
5. Save the location.xml file
6. Go back to Application Designer application
7. Click on Import Application Definition from toolbar
8. From Import Application Definition dialog, browse for the location.xml
9. Save
