Remediation/Fixes

BigFix 9.0 - To remediate this vulnerability please apply the upgrade-patch 9.1.8 by looking for the associated upgrade-patch fixlet in the Console, launching and applying it.


    Note below the minor differences between 9.0 and 9.1:

    Key 9.1 features:

    • SHA2 Support and modifications (no compatibility issues, this is additional support).
    • OpenSSL upgrade to 1.0.1
    • LINUX installer improvements
    • LDAP Groups support on WebReport
BigFix 9.1 - To remediate this vulnerability please apply the upgrade-patch 9.1.8 by looking for the associated upgrade-patch fixlet in the Console, launching and applying it.

BigFix 9.2 - To remediate this vulnerability please apply the upgrade-patch 9.2.8 by looking for the associated upgrade-patch fixlet in the Console, launching and applying it.

Please note that product previously referred to as Tivoli Endpoint Manager and/or IBM Endpoint Manager and/or IBM BigFix Endpoint Manager are all previous names for the same product, and which is now referred to as IBM Bigfix. The underlying product is still the same and only the name has been changed.
