Some of the floor Graphics labels are not rendering while using Export to PDF using Internet Explorer

Problem

We recently upgraded Tririga to platform 3.4.2.3. Internet Explorer has issue on some of the Floor Graphics where the Export to PDF is not showing up the labels. Whereas the export to pdf of the same Floor is showing up the labels in Chrome browser with no issues.

Symptom

Labels are not displayed on the graphics image

Cause

This is a known issue and has been reported to Microsoft. It is a limitation with Internet Explorer (and Edge). A bug has been reported here:

Resolving The Problem

We cannot do anything to fix it on our end, but there are some workarounds:
A) Use another browser to export
B) Move the drawings closer to origin and republish it. The text elements need to be inside of +/- 214749 to avoid this issue.
