"Driver not capable" error message from Infosphere DataStage when inserting data into AS400 with iSeries ODBC driver on Windows.

Question

Trying to insert, update or upsert table using the AS400 ODBC Driver fails on SQLExecute with messages like : SQLSTATE=S1C00, DBMS.CODE=30058 [DataStage][SQL Client][ODBC][IBM][System i Access ODBC Driver]Driver not capable. When setting Array Size=1, this makes the job work correctly.

Version 7 Release 1 Modification level 0 Service level SI00000
iSeries Access ODBC Driver 13.00.01.00 IBM Corporation.

Consider upgrading the iSeries driver up to :

Version 7 Release 1 Modification level 0 Service level SI45664
iseries Access ODBC Driver to 13.00.06.00 IBM Corporation.
