Which files & folders need to be saved in order to back up a Local Analysis Repository?
Answer
It is important to have a robust backup and recovery strategy in place for the local Analysis Repository. Ideally, you use your existing corporate backup solution, or schedule manual backups regularly.
To back up the local Analysis Repository completely, you must back up the repository folder in the user's profile. By default, the repository folder is %LOCALAPPDATA%\IBM i2\Local Analysis Repository.
For maximum reliability, ensure that Analyst's Notebook Premium is not running when you are backing up.
